Nickel is often found in nature with cobalt. It is important in the production of alloys (especially superalloys) and stainless steel. Furthermore, due to a natural property of nickel, it has the ability to change size slightly in a magnetic field. In nickel, this change is negative.
The oxidized form of nickel generally has a valence of +2, but valences of 0, +1, +3, and +4 have also been observed. However, the existence of nickel with a valence of +6 is also possible.

LEAD ORE

Lead ore is a naturally occurring mineral deposit containing varying concentrations of lead.
